Rubirosa Pizza Bar

A good find down on Mulberry Street.

If you find yourself down in Nolita, perhaps shopping at Huminska, I would suggest dropping by Rubirosa Pizza Bar for a super thin crispy pizza pie.

As you know, I love to dine at the bar and so on Sunday evening Dina and I grabbed two seats at this cozy rustic pizza bar. The old country photos hanging on the walls set amid fresh flowers made me feel like I was somewhere in Roma. Great atmosphere!

With Van Morrison, Erase, Dion and others playing in the background we indulged in: a beet salad, a stuffed artichoke, a meatball and a tomato bruchetta, and a small fresca pizza. Everything was fresh and delicous.

I look forward to going back to try the pasta.
